Time Change

These pictures are from a few years ago but they still apply today. All the animals are crying to be fed on the old time. It always takes about a week to get them adjusted but until then it sure is noisy around here!

Breakfast was sausage, eggs, homemade hashbrowns, toast, and tea, juice
Lunch was leftover veggie beef soup, crackers, and grill cheese and tomato sandwich, ice water
Dinner was simple: hotdogs with chili and cole slaw, chips, and ice water
snack was sliced apples with peanut butter and homemade lemonade. We worked outside till dark so supper was a quick fix. Still 3 hot meals on a frugal budget.

Hubby and I are much like your animals! We have trouble adjusting to the new time! I love to snack on apples this time of the year. Peanut butter with apples is a great snack. Hope you enjoy your day, Peggy.

Oh my gosh I love the picture of the goat reading the sign. You have such a wonderful sense of humor.

My parent's and I are starting to live on a frugal budget plus most of our stuff is vegetarian type stuff and we use almond and rice milk here now.

Blessings,

Amy

it is very hard to get animals to shift their inner clocks!

Those are some great meals. As close as the goat that is reading your sign. He/she may need glasses.

Hi Paggy, I am with the animals. I hate the time changes... It takes me about a week to adjust also....

Your 3 meals sound great to me... People don't realize that we can stay on a budget and have good and tasty food... Yours sounds GREAT....

Take care, my friend.
Hugs,
Betsy
